CM-170 Magister - Fouga
CM-170 Magister - Fouga
The Fouga CM-170 Magister was built 1952 by a company which was eventually to become a part of the French giant, Aerospatiale.

Designed as a two seat trainer and light attack aircraft, the Magister was powered by two 880 pound thrust Marbore IIA turbojet engines.

It's light weight (only 7,500 pounds) and zippy speed (450 mph) make it a warbird collectable, as shown here at an airshow.
